Bristol Bay Wild Sockeye
Sockeye Servings brings Wild Alaskan Salmon caught by captain Tara Hines directly to consumers.
Aboard the fishing vessel the Emerald Sea, Tara sustainably harvests wild sockeye salmon in the waters of Bristol Bay which hosts the largest sockeye salmon run in the world. Sockeye salmon are hand picked by her crew, placed in refrigerated sea water, then flash frozen and vacuum packed to deliver the highest quality fillets.




Delivery Process
Sockeye salmon fillets are sold in 25 lb boxes (approximately 19 frozen fillets per case) and are delivered throughout Montana and Eastern Washington in September / October once Tara returns from fishing in Alaska. After choosing your pick-up location on the order form, Tara will contact you to set up a specific date and time to pick up your salmon order, completing the boat to table process. Sample Recipes
Lemon Dill Pepper
Lightly layer fillet with mayo, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and fresh dill. Then squeeze fresh lemon over the top and bake in the oven at 415° for 15 min or grill in BBQ skin down on high for 10 min.

Maple Mustard Ginger
Combine dijon mustard and organic maple syrup, use mixture to lightly layer fillet. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and grate fresh ginger over the top. Bake in the oven at 415° for 15 min or or grill in BBQ skin down on high for 10 min.

Salmon Cream Cheese Bagels
Season fillet with chili pepper, cumin, salt and pepper then bake or grill salmon as preferred. Remove from skin and toss with cream cheese. Serve over toasted bagels.
